Customer Service

In an effort to keep costs low, does not currently maintain a call center or personnel to offer ordering or customer support via telephone. However, you will find our email customer support to be extremely prompt and helpful. Use our contact form to send us your question or comment. Emails sent before 4:30 PM MST on regular business days will be answered the same day within 15 minutes in most cases. In the event that you do need telephone support, please leave your contact phone number on the contact form along with any details that will help us with your question. To expedite response time, please include your original order number when possible.

Returns and Replacements

If you have received defective merchandise, please do not return it. Use the contact form to provide your original order number and the ID or name of the DVD that is defective. We will send a replacement. In some cases, we may require you to return the defective merchandise. In such instances we will notify you directly and provide a prepaid return-shipping envelope. Where required, if the defective item is not returned within 30 days, you may be billed for the replacement DVD.
